The Last of Us: Part I will be available for pre-load starting August 26
The Last of Us: Part I game release date and pre-load date have been officially announced. Here is the latest information...
On September 2, Naughty Dog is releasing the highly anticipated remake of The Last of Us – now subtitled ‘Part I’ to better align with the sequel. As explained earlier, the game will take about 80GB from your hard drive. As such, it takes quite a while to load, but that shouldn’t affect your game time on release day.
After all, The Last of Us: Part I will be available for pre-load starting August 26, according to PlayStation Game Size on Twitter. That’s at least a week before launch, and thus more than enough time. We’re already wondering if (and how) this remake can distinguish itself from the not-so-old original. To be continued!
