Sony purchased Haven Studios from Jade Raymond
Sony has announced a new acquisition. As of now, Haven Studios is officially part of the company. PlayStation Studios CEO Hermen Hulst announced this via Twitter.

Haven Studios is the studio of Jade Raymond. She previously worked at Ubisoft and EA and then took over as head of Google Stadia in 2019. He’s been working on an original PlayStation IP in his new studio since last year.
Excited to officially welcome @HavenStudiosinc to PlayStation Studios! Super impressed by @ibjade and her talented team, and their vision for an original multiplayer game for PlayStation. Congrats to everyone at Haven! pic.twitter.com/EjWFbh1HEc

This cooperation is now being further consolidated. In a blog post, Raymond said he’s excited to continue working with other developers in the future, including Guerrilla, Naughty Dog, Media Molecule and Insomniac Games.
It’s unclear which game Haven Studios is working on for Sony. It’s probably one of the ten live service games Sony wants to release by the end of 2026.
