With the game’s release in February, the first new class to arrive in Arkesia is the Glaivier, known to the players of the Russian version as the Lance Master.

The special thing about the spear carrier is the two different fighting stances, focus and attack, in each of which he uses different weapons. He unleashes quick blows with the shorter spear, and powerful and deadly attacks with the longer spear.

But you don’t have to play both weapons because with the right build you can master either one.

In Raids of the Lost Ark, ranged warriors are usually easier to do because they can fire their skills from anywhere and don’t have to pay too much attention to their position. If you don’t want to chase the boss all the time, the spear carrier might be the right class for you.

Especially in his focus stance, his attacks offer a wide range and you don’t have to worry about hitting the boss in the back either. There’s even a skill that increases the critical strike rate if you stay in range and only hit the enemy with the spearhead.

High damage

The martial artist’s fists not only aim at the target from long range, but also pack a punch. This is because he can easily increase his critical strike chance, especially through various abilities, engravings, and the identity ability. This also allows you to focus on other values ​​such as proficiency or speed while equipping.

Note: A patch of the Korean version is scheduled for the end of April to bring a damage nerf for the spear carrier. It is not yet known how powerful this will be and in what variant the class will appear in our version.

Easy to play

The spear carrier offers several perks that make it easier to play than other classes. On the one hand, he has high mobility: not only does he have a high base movement speed, but his dodge skill (spacebar), which is only six seconds, has a very short cooldown.

The long range mentioned earlier also simplifies handling. While other melee constantly chasing the boss and having to reposition themselves for shots from behind to land as many critical hits as possible, the spearman can deliberately ignore these disadvantages.
