Crystal Dynamics Postpones Patch 2.3 For Marvel’s Avengers Indefinitely
Last week we were able to share that the new patch for Marvel's Avengers is on its way and should be released today.
Dubbed patch 1.23 by Crystal Dynamics, the update will include a complete overhaul of the Battle Table and a reintroduction of Nick Fury as a sort of guide to help the player get started.
However, it turned out that Crystal Dynamics still needs a little more time to smooth out the final wrinkles. The developer announced in a message via Twitter that they are delaying the patch indefinitely. The studio hasn’t announced when we can expect patch 2.3, but promises to give a new date ‘soon’.
We're taking some extra time on Patch 2.3 to ensure our new tuning and mission on-boarding are ready-to-go, and need to delay its launch. We'll update you with the new date as soon as we have it!
