Alaloth looks like a classic RPG but uses a Souls combat system
At first glance, Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms looks like a classic RPG in the style of Baldur's Gate or Pillars of Eternity.

But the impression is deceiving, because Alaloth is first and foremost an action role-playing game whose combat system should be particularly clear.
The fights are based on a Souls-like system, meaning you need to be mindful of your stamina and be able to dodge or dodge attacks well. Even small mistakes are punished mercilessly and you bite the dust. With bosses, it is much more important to memorize certain attack patterns so as not to lose the fight.
Developer Gamera Interactive has been working on the role-playing game since 2018 and it was supposed to be released in 2019. After a major delay, the release is now very close – at least in Early Access. On June 30, 2022, the purchase process will begin on GOG and Steam.
